5th Floor Common Room, Monday Early Evening

Really, she ought to be asleep despite the ridiculously early hour. A weekend spent with little sleep and using loads of energy meant by all rights that she should be dead to the world at the moment. Ino had spent about an hour after her last class staring up at the ceiling before giving that idea up for a lost cause and wandered out to the common room to see what she could find that was entertaining enough to keep her from getting bored.

Normally Ino wasn't much of one for movies, but poking around turned up The Continuous Tale and it looked interesting enough for her to stare at while she tried to convince herself to unwind enough to actually sleep. Score!

That decided on, she made popcorn (because if she was going to do this movie thing, she was going to do it right) and curled up on the couch, hitting play. And, okay, maybe snuggle into a blanket as well. That counted as part of the whole movie thing, right? Right?

It totally did. She could even be convinced to share, if asked nicely.

[Ooopen as a common room is, yes!]

Robin had never had any problem with the Fandom Gremlins. They'd never really hurt anyone. Well okay maybe the bites hurt.

"If they were I bet they don't get along."

"Maybe they're like my dad's cousin Bill and his family. They never came to Christmas dinner at my grandparents and nobody would say why." She passed the marshmallows his way. "Until the year they finally came and his three boys spent the whole dinner throwing rolls at each other. And everybody else."

That seemed slightly minor to Robin, who had quite a few cousins and even brothers and sisters. There was often some kind of food fight going on. "How old were they?"

"Seventeen, eighteen, and twenty-two." It explained... quite a bit about the Peters family, really. You know, the part where maybe her mom's family didn't look so crazy after all, did it now? Even with the uncle that allegedly got kidnapped by aliens.

Now if they'd been Muppets that still wouldn't have seemed strange. But for humans, yeah. "That is kinda weird. Were they at least drunk?"

"....Possibly." It would explain a lot, really. "I was pretty little; I don't think I was old enough to know what that was, yet."

"Did they only come that one time?"

"I don't know. That's the year my mom decided we were going to Christmas dinner at her parents' house from now on." Hmm. Possibly that wasn't a coincidence.
