Really, it was way too fucking nice to smoke in his room tonight. And honestly, he'd been spending so much time in there, trying to let his bruises heal that he was sick of it. He felt fine, it was warm and he hadn't been up to the roof in awhile. It was the perfect day to do that.

So, after pushing onto the roof, he had a cigarette lit almost immediately before hopping up on the roof's ledge and laying flat on his back, letting the setting sun warm his face. He almost felt relaxed. It'd been a shitty month so far save for a few things but sometimes it was just nice to get some fresh air.

Cigarette smoke notwithstanding.

"Never mind," Ino said airily. If nothing else, she'd managed to amuse herself. "But I'd hope your partners were willing. The island might eat you or something if they weren't."

Or he'd die horribly from other people taking Exception to that.
