Main Campfire | Wednesday Night | 5.26.2010

Peter didn't particularly want to gather a crowd, but making a campfire and tossing black snakes and firecrackers at it seemed particularly amusing today.

So yeah, there was definitely a bit of noise. Peter wasn't a blossoming pyro or anything, he was just a bored teenager. Anyone was definitely welcome to join him. He might even have some moddable extra bits of fireworks.

"Being on the receiving end is something I think everyone would want to avoid," Bod agreed with a nod. "I'm sure it would be especially painful and possibly fatal. I'm not ready to die yet."

"It is," Kyle nodded. "But don't worry about it here." He gestured around at the cabins. "You're surrounded by people who'll help you out. It's a good place to be," he decided.

"I've gotten that feeling as well," Bod agreed easily. "I've never lived so close to so many other people before but they've been nothing but nice and I've no complaints."

"Being around so many people doesn't overload you sometimes?"

"When it does, I tend to get away," Bod explained. "I'll take a walk into town or find a place where I can be alone and center myself. I lived around a lot of unusual people previously. It's made adjusting somewhat easier."

"There's a good walking path through the Preserve that way," he pointed out the direction from where they were sitting. "It goes all the way to the water."
