Main Campfire [evening]

So, yeah, Puck was a little on the tipsy side. He'd gotten drunk in his alcove, though, like a person who didn't want to get in trouble.

Such an occasion, of course, called for fire. Sadly this was pretty typical back in Lima, too, where there weren't even firepits. On the bright side, that meant he was able to light a fire pretty effectively.

And now he had a bag of procured marshmallows, which, okay, he'd toast. But more importantly, he'd found a box of Peeps left over from Easter and was meticulously shooting them, throwing them, launching them and otherwise flinging them into the fire to make them alternately blow up or melt. So far, more were melting than blowing up, really, but if it worked in a microwave, Puck was sure it had to work even better in a fire.

[oooopen yes.]

Even if she only had eyes for Justin these days, Harper couldn't help agreeing that Puck was definitely in his prime.

"Do you at least have some graham crackers and chocolate to go with them?" she asked.

"But then you're missing the joy of warm, melty chocolate all mixed together with the marshmallow," said Harper.

"You wouldn't mind?" asked Harper, as if she was afraid it was rude to bring supplies to someone else's campfire. When your best friend's parents own a sandwich shop, you get used to having everything provided for you.
