The dorm freight elevator, Wednesday evening

Scully had been looking for a way to move trebuchet parts (or the whole trebuchet, once they started re-building it) up onto the roof if they needed to. And found a freight elevator that she hadn't realized was there in the dorms.

And now she was stuck in it. Yelling.

"HEY! ANYONE! CALL SECURITY! CALL THE JANITOR! GET ME OUT OF HERE!"

"Hi Momoko!" said Lion-o, grinning and absentmindedly setting the crowbar down. "Yeah, I heard screaming so I came to see if I can help. I think I can get the doors open, but she's going to need help climbing out."

Momoko nodded. "I heard her yelling when I was downstairs, but I couldn't get the door open. I was thinking of transforming and trying again, but she said you were up here already trying?"

She tapped her cheek, thinking. "Actually, she didn't say it was you, you. Just some guy. I think maybe she's new?"

"I think she must be new, too," said Lion-o. "I mean, how often do you see people trying to use the freight elevator?"

He didn't seem to notice the banging noises in the background.

"I didn't even remember it was here, honestly? I just followed the yelling. I totally need to use it next time we move to the cabins, though. I hate carrying all my stuff and Moshi and all his stuff back and forth in the heat of the summer."

She rolled her eyes and sagged a moment. "I tried to get Jaime to help last time, but I couldn't find him."

"IF YOU GUYS ARE DONE FLIRTING, COULD YOU GET ME OUT OF HERE?" Scully asked in exasperation as the conversation continued. "IF THAT'S NOT INCONVENIENT?"

"We were not flirting!" protested Lion-o, his face turning slightly pink. He picked up the crowbar again and, looking a bit embarrassed, started working on the doors again.

Momoko certainly hadn't been!

Had she?

She shook her head. The poor trapped girl was probably just over heated and tired.

"Do you need some help with that?" She asked Lion-o. "The ones downstairs were pretty well shut."

"No, I think I've got it," said Lion-o, his voice strained slightly as he gave the crowbar a shove. As he pushed, the doors slid open, but only by a few inches.

"Well, that's more than I could do downstairs. Let me transform and help with the rest of it!" She reached for her Power compact again and flipped it open, running her ring across the face as she shouted, "Hyper! Blossom!"

And suddenly Momoko was surrounded by more sparkly pink hearts than should ever possibly exist while her costume changed.

After only a brief moment, Blossom was replacing her compact in her belt and moving to grab the doors. "Let me try, okay, Lion-o?"

"Uh, yeah," said Lion-o, gawking at her costume as he stepped aside. He really needed to pay better attention sometimes.

"WHAT'S GOING ON?" Scully asked, suspicious. "WHAT WAS ALL THAT YELLING?"

"Hold on, new girl! We almost have the door open!" Momoko didn't notice the looks Lion-o was giving her, instead concentrating on pushing the doors open the rest of the way. They were pretty resistant, but she got them open finally.

"There! Now, where's the elevator?"

"Down there, somewhere," said Lion-o, pointing down. "We could probably follow the cable down to the elevator car. There should be a trap door somewhere on the top."

At least he had watched enough television and movies to understand the components of an elevator.

Blossom looked and did not like the idea of climbing those cables. They didn't look like they'd ever been clean. She grimaced. "Uhm. I can fly us down and then when we get her out, we can fly back up?"

Lion-o frowned at the idea of a girl flying him anywhere. He had his pride.

"I can climb down there myself and find the trap door," he suggested instead. "Then you can fly down there and get her."

"FLYING? WAIT. WHAT?"

Scully was giving the ceiling a very dubious look now, thanks.

Oh, Blossom could read that pose of Lion-o's perfectly well.

"Why exactly should I have to wait up here?" She raised an eyebrow.

"Well, if you'd like, you can fly down there and open the trap door while I wait up here," said Lion-o.

"COULD SOMEONE JUST GET DOWN HERE ALREADY? SERIOUSLY!"

"We're coming, New Girl!"

Momoko crossed her arms. "So now you want me to do all the work? And what if I need help when I get down there? Flying both of us down will totally save time and who knows how long she's been in there already. New Girl could even be hurt or something!"

Lion-o sighed. "Fine. You can fly us both down there so I can get the trapdoor open. Then you can fly all of us back up. Does that work?"

"MY NAME'S SCULLY. DANA SCULLY. AND I'M IN FAVOR OF ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS SOON."

"Sounds perfect!" Blossom beamed a smile at him and reached for Lion-o's arm. "Just hang on, okay. It'll probably feel a bit like you're falling, but not really?"

She stepped into the elevator shaft, tugging on his arm as she hovered in the air. "Come on!"

Lion-o didn't look too confident, but he held onto her arm. "I can't believe you never told me about this," he said, trying to distract himself from the falling sensation.

"Eh? I didn't? I'm sorry! I totally thought you knew I had powers! I didn't mean to keep it from you."

Blossom dropped them to the roof of the elevator quickly, but not too fast. "See? Not so bad! Now you said there's a hatch? New Girl, we're here!"
