Farewell Slumber Party, 6th Floor, Wednesday Night

By now, Karla was used to throwing parties at school. The set-up was easy enough: lots of food, lots of drinks, lots of games and activities, lots of space. There were some streamers and balloons up, mostly because Karla was trying to remind everyone (or, at least, herself) that this was supposed to be a happy occasion.

Really. It was. At least, that's what everyone kept telling her.

The important thing to keep in mind was that there would (probably) be no repeat of her last sixth floor party ~~sadly~~. She had gone the safe an glitter-free route this time. Clad in her new pajamas, Karla waited for her guests to arrive.

Against all foreseeable predictions, Delirium had actually ended up going.

Or she was lost and accidentally found the party. Details.

Karla didn't know Delirium very well, but it wasn't hard to recognize that hair. "Kiss kiss," she said, coming over to greet her. "Thanks for coming!"

If Delirium had been any less pensive, Karla would have earned herself a smooch. But at the moment the Endless just smiled at her, hair going to the blonde side of the rainbow for a moment. "It might be fun."

"I'm hoping it will be," Karla said with a smile, unaware of how close she'd come to breaking her own rule of 'No kissing at this party, please.' "As much as it sucks that everyone is leaving, we can have one last night of fun, right?"

Maybe next party, Karla. But now Del was making a pretty good impersonation of one of those miniature ballerinas in a music box by spinning a couple of times. "Shoooooooould be fun", said at least. "It's the cicle of life."

True fact; Didi would know about it.

"Well, of high schoolers anyway," Karla said. "In with the newbies, out with the graduates, right?"

Of other leavings, Karla didn't know about them quite yet.

A devious smile creeped over Del's face. "Fresh meat~" Luckily for the newbies, she would forget about it in the next hours.

"Someone you would...miss?"

"I'm going to miss a lot of people who are leaving," Karla said, looking over the party. "Dinah...Elena...I've made a lot of really close friends this year and it hurts to lose them. I'm not...good with loss."

"Good evening, Delirium," Hinata greeted, smiling at the other girl. "How have you been lately?"

"Hinaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.....taaaaaaaa~" Long name -not really- was complicated.

Del nodded. "Here and there." For not to say 'crazy and midly depressed', but she didn't feel like that around her. "You? Anything interesting?"

"Karla wants me to sing," she confided, frowning slightly at Delirium's answer. "But I don't know that I will. I am well enough today."

Delirium was already cheering on Hinata. "You should!" A singing Hinata was something she had to see. "I could, um, help."

Hinata glanced at Delirium. "How would you help?"
