Farewell Slumber Party, 6th Floor, Wednesday Night

By now, Karla was used to throwing parties at school. The set-up was easy enough: lots of food, lots of drinks, lots of games and activities, lots of space. There were some streamers and balloons up, mostly because Karla was trying to remind everyone (or, at least, herself) that this was supposed to be a happy occasion.

Really. It was. At least, that's what everyone kept telling her.

The important thing to keep in mind was that there would (probably) be no repeat of her last sixth floor party sadly. She had gone the safe an glitter-free route this time. Clad in her new pajamas, Karla waited for her guests to arrive.

Asuna gasped. She'd been so caught up about the novelty of the whole thing she forgot to ask. "Are you alright, Hina-chan?"

"I'm alright," Hinata assured her. "Karla fixed my back for me and the world could have been worse."

Man, she was the worst kohai ever she didn't even check up on her sempai!

"I'm glad Karla-san helped you! Is there anything you need, Hina-chan? Food? Something to drink? Anything?"

"Are you sure?" Asuna made a note to check-up on Hina-chan whenever she had a chance. This, of course, didn't stop Asuna from handing Hinata a piece of cake she'd pick up.

Hinata thought of protesting--she didn't really need the cake--but with the way Asuna was acting...

"Thank you," she said, instead. "And I'm sure. You should get yourself cake now and enjoy the evening."

"You're welcome!" Asuna grinned. "Don't worry, I'm going to get my share too! I've never had so much free food in my life!"
