Second Floor Common Room; Monday Afternoon

It wasn't Shira's common room, but that wasn't stopping her from plopping herself down on a couch and flipping through the TV channels.

People could make her leave if they didn't want her there. The second floor was just more interesting today.

Even if what was on the television was even more boring, if possible, than anything she'd watched before.

Shira gave a shrug. "I thought I was going to hate it, because my Queen pretty much made me come here. But it's... not so bad."

Cassidy smiled sympathetically. "My mother made me come, and I wasn't happy about it, either. But, I've made some really good friends here and some of the teachers are really nice."
