Third Floor Common Room, Sunday Afternoon

Sov brought a radio and a soldering iron into the common room. The radio wasn't strictly necessary, but it was Sov's most priced possession and they wanted to show it to Tony, if nothing else as an example of the type of technology they were used to. They placed the things on the table and sat down, waiting for their friend to show up. They might have been a little early. Tony's promise to show them how to build a radio was important, after all.

[Sov and Tony are going to be nerdy, but it's a very open common room.]

"Well, I was thinking about adding a few small things to make sure Sov can always find a signal," Tony replied with a grin.

"Expanding the reach of the receiver then?" William asked. "Or the number of frequencies it can access?"

"Both, actually!" Oh god help this floor. The nerd was spreading out, soon to take over.

"Do you think you could show me?" William asked. "I've been doing some reading on the topic, but there's so much to catch up on, really, practical experience is far more useful at times."

Tony looked surprised for a moment before nodding. "Sure. I was going to come up with schematics for Sov, I can get you a set too."

"Fantastic," William said with a pleased smile. "William Murdoch, by the way," he offered.

"Tony Stark," he replied, offering a hand.
