Third Floor Common Room, Sunday Afternoon

Sov brought a radio and a soldering iron into the common room. The radio wasn't strictly necessary, but it was Sov's most priced possession and they wanted to show it to Tony, if nothing else as an example of the type of technology they were used to. They placed the things on the table and sat down, waiting for their friend to show up. They might have been a little early. Tony's promise to show them how to build a radio was important, after all.

[Sov and Tony are going to be nerdy, but it's a very open common room.]

"Friday sounds like a day I like," he agreed, nodding easily. It gave him plenty of time to question Ellie about potential date-ish sorts of events and freak out a little. "A lot."

Ariel was just lucky that his happy was far eclipsing his neuroses right now.

"I will definitely be there for that."

So maybe it was good that none of the calls wound up getting to Chuck, because Ariel couldn't help being quite pleased with this new angle on it.

"Perfect! And then you'll get to enjoy the awesomeness that is Cheetos pizza with the genius who thought of it."

Not that she was bragging or anything.

"I am actually in awe of you for that," Chuck assured her. He was even being completely honest in that compliment. "I kind of have this 'cheeseball', because thar can be no product placement but Converse in Chuck! Cheeto addiction, and I love pizza... You may have just created the perfect food."

Oh, look, Ariel's face was turning just about her favorite shade of pink. "I'm just surprised no one has ever thought of it before! I mean, it's, like...extra cheese...and adds crunchiness!"

"When I was really little, my mom used to put potato chips onto, like, pasta bake and stuff," he offered. "Less cheese, but... similar, I guess?"

"Like putting potato chips in sandwiches, too!" Ariel noted with a giggle. "They're so versatile! I'm glad I got the chance to discover them."
