Third Floor Common Room; Sunday Afternoon [ 02/13 ].
When one considered the situation, and the fact that Malaxandra was clearly from a Crazy Future that Would Never Exist, one was able to take this whole thing in stride. Besides, he rather enjoyed the company of his fake half-vampire daughter, and he would always enjoy the company of his fake future councilor that fakely birthed her, and so they were doing the only thing such a family could do to spend time together and bond.
However, they barely got into the movie and into the tubs of ice cream before Alexander had to comment in a whispered tone to Maladicta, "Maybe we shouldn't have let her pick out the film..."
To be fair, who wouldn't have thought Rule of Flame showed promise?

He wasn't sure anyone would like this movie, except, miraculously, Malaxandra.
"Do you like ice cream?" he asked. "We have some of that, too."
Because, yes, Alexander, filling the children up with ice cream was always a great idea.

Yes, Lilah Morgan actually did feed her daughter snow peas.

She'd actually gotten it about a centimeter up, but every time she did that, she got so excited she'd lost her concentration.
So when she entered a common room and discovered a child in the company of Alexander and Maladicta, she was more than a little confused.
"Is this someone's little sister?" she asked.

"Are you from the Deathwok Clan (http://buffy.wikia.com/wiki/Deathwok_Clan)?" she asked eagerly, peering up at Elphaba excitedly. Wow! She'd never seen one of those in real life before. In Daddy's books, certainly, but never in person!

And the magic. And the being half-Earth-human, but she didn't know that part.

Because that would mean there would be more of them.
"Elphaba," he offered, reaching over to ruffle the girl's hair, "this is Malaxandra, my completely inexplicable and unlikely daughter with Maladicta. She's here on a visit from what is quite obviously Crazy Future."

"A very crazy future indeed," she said after a moment. "I do hope Faramir isn't cross about this."
She was just going to accept it.
And probably sulk later in private that she apparently didn't have any Crazy Futures.

"You know," he said, wandering right into the common room and watching the television for a moment. "That could totally happen if someone started messing with Tolkein's wedding ring."

Hey. Her dad lots of cool stuff. Maybe dragon-making wasn't out of the question.

William had stayed downstairs, but Melinda had gone Investigating up one flight. Hmmm. Ooo! Dragons on the TV! She leaned forward to watch and then looked around at the other people in the room.
