The Roof, Thursday Evening
It had been an uneventful trip home, for the most part: a thorough debriefing on everything she'd observed and learned about in Fandom so far, complete with the expected stinging critique of what she could have done better, but much to Stephanie's disappointment not even one little brief and boring patrol. So uneventful, for the most part, except for getting to catch up with Cass, and then the fight she'd had with Tim that had started with her calling him on not being happy that she hadn't quit being Robin yet and ended with what she was pretty sure was a breakup. Oops. So much for a good Valentine's Day. (She could have felt worse about it, but really, if he couldn't be happy for her . . .)
She'd gotten back to Fandom just before nightfall, and spent a couple of hours putting away her clean laundry and carefully stashing all the treats Alfred had sent along, then headed on up here.
She wasn't really brooding; Steph didn't do brooding. That was the big guy's job, and part of hers was to balance that out. It was just that everything was a little simpler when you were hanging out on a rooftop under the cover of night, in costume or out of it. And, she thought, legs dangling idly over the edge of the building, it was a pretty nice night.
[OOC: Open roof is open!]

"Stephanie," he greeted as he realized his hope of a brooding night had been cruelly taken away from him yet again. "How are you tonight?"

Note to self: "Didn't I just see you earlier today" isn't a viable comeback here.
"Hi, Bruce," she replied, glancing up over her shoulder. "Just enjoying the quiet. How's everything been here?"

But he could handle the distraction of the roof not being particularly empty when he got up there well enough.
"Oh, hello. Good view tonight?"

There was even more footage of 'Iron Man' flying through New York and telling reporters to stop following him and he got his ass kicked by some freak calling himself the Mandarin. But he destroyed the earthmovers, so it was a kinda win.
"Hey."
He'd do more than twitch in your general direction another day, Stephanie.

"Well, look what the cat dragged in," Stephanie remarked, raising an eyebrow at him. Was there something in the lighting that made his hair look funny? "Sheesh, Tony. What happened to you?"
ASK THE AWKWARD QUESTIONS, STEPH.

Totally worked.
"And yes my hair is pink."

Beat.
"The experiment wouldn't have happened to be with your hair color, would it? Because talk about shocking."
