4th floor common room- Wednesday after classes

Yesterday's class had gotten pretty ridiculous, and because Gwen was a totally rational person who felt like she should have been granted sainthood somewhere around hour five of the discussion, today there was gonna be a party.

That's right, ladies and gentlemen! There'd been hastily-photocopied flyers put up around the dorms this morning to advertise (and warn anyone who didn't want to stumble into it). Gwen had taken advantage of the pizza place's weird fixation on giving extra food and so there was plenty in the kitchen, there were (non-alcoholic) drinks and popcorn, and there was nothing but moddable dirty movies on the TV. There was plenty of room, come and stay as long as you want!

That's what she said.

(But don't actually do that, ew.)

"That's a frightening question to be asked, but sure," Johnny said. "At least I have a tiny amount of warning first."

"I'm a frightening girl," Alana smirked at him. "But okay. So, I get why people who aren't doing anything in real life would watch porn. But, and no judgement on this, what's the appeal for somebody who can see actual naked people if they want to?"

"Same reason I still like seeing action movies even though I can set myself on fire, fly around, and fight monsters," Johnny said. "It's fun. And there's the slim chance that I'll learn something I can apply to my life."

And also he was a teenage boy. He could spend 23 hours a day having sex, and he'd still probably split the last half hour between sleep and some porn. He wasn't about to say that part, but what a world that would be.

"See, that's a totally rational explanation I can't actually make fun of," Alana told him, after a moment's pause to think about it. "And it's sweet that you think you're still learning."

"Oh, I'm definitely still learning. A few weeks ago, I had no idea what to do if I was with somebody who had wings," Johnny said. "And now I know. Treat her like a woman, show her a good time, and good things will come your way."

"Interesting," Alana said, biting back a smile. "I hear it also helps if you kiss the tips of her wings, by the way. Just in case you're looking for pointers."

"That hadn't even occurred to me. I'll have to try it out sometime. If only I knew someone who might like that," Johnny said, feigning ignorance.

"Sometimes people don't mention it because they get self-conscious," Alana told him. "But yeah. I have it on good authority it works pretty well, if you happen to run into some hot girl with wings around here somewhere."
