Sixth floor common room- Wednesday evening
Sabine just wanted to get away from people for a while, and rather than going out to the warehouse, she decided to head on up to the sixth floor common room. No one was ever up there, so why not?
What she found was a party setup. This wasn't the first time she'd stumbled onto one of these things, and on a week like this she wasn't sure she trusted it. So she took a picture of the setup and sent it to the other students with a message, I think the sixth floor did it again?
She realized belatedly that this was of course probably going to bring people in here when that was the exact opposite of what she'd wanted. Look, she was not firing on all cylinders this week. She couldn't even seem to pick up the Coke bottle that may or may not have been stuck to the floor, but still spun if you hit it. Interesting.
[LOOK. Look. Our students are too good, and this is a good week to fix that. Open party, up early for SP!]

Re: Norman
... Trevor got that honor, about five seconds before. Which was why Norman was blinking at the bottle - him again, already? - and then looking up to give Astrid a sheepish little smile.
"Uh, hi."
Re: Norman
She gave a sheepish smile of her own right back; he really was cute, wasn't he?
"Hi," she said. "So...I guess..."
There wasn't a whole lot of point in words, was there? Astrid swallowed down her nerves, ran a tongue nervously over her lips, and leaned forward a little, closing her eyes. It seemed the least awkward approach, anyway.
Re: Norman
Uh.
Obviously.
But yeah, Astrid's approach was winning serious points in Norman's estimation, and he leaned forward to bridge the space between them with a tentative kiss.
Re: Norman
Because Norman didn't have something that Sabine did, and that was a bed in the same room as Astrid. Which meant Astrid would have to deal with two whole weeks of awkwardness before disappearing if she'd maybe let herself get drawn into this a little more. Her heart fluttered a little; she had no idea if what she was doing was even remotely right, she jsut went with what felt right, leaning in pressing her lips against Norman's for a moment before her lips parted and pressed in again.
Re: Norman
Just different.
He hummed a little, his mouth against hers, his eyes closed, one hand reaching to rest on her shoulder. Was that where hands went while kissing? While there was pollen like this, that was definitely where hands went and not an inch in any other direction.
Re: Norman
Re: Norman
How did people rank this sort of thing? On a scale from a hand to the shoulder to fingers against the cheek...?
Well. It wasn't bad, Norman definitely had to concede that. Actually, that little bit of contact was... kind of nice. Unexpected. Welcome. His hand moved from her shoulder to her back, moving to maybe rest on the small of it. Just kind of settle there. A nice place to have a hand while kissing.
Probably.
Re: Norman
Re: Norman
"Uh," he said, not so sure if he was supposed to say something or not. "... Thank you."
For... something.
For not being weird about it, maybe?
Re: Norman
"You're welcome," she said, and then, a bit more shyly, "That was nice, Norman. Thank you."
