Right, so there was a food video that had been viewed 20 million times and was, sure, probably a crime against humanity and definitely a year's worth of calories, but it was also a Challenge and let's be honest, without shenanigans to set up this week, Beaker had way too much time on his hands.

So here he was, preparing to make barbecue chicken quesadilla pepperoni pizza pie wedges...deep-fried.

Shuri had come in as he was preparing the chicken and had already started filming this for Science. She was also taking bets on what would catch fire first, if anyone wanted in...

"I'll, like, be super impressed and also really annoyed if he burns a castle down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Nina said, almost admiringly. "I've never had to figure out how to burn a castle down!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"You've tried to burn a castle down before?" Shuri asked, eyebrows arching.

"Nooooooooooooo," Nina admitted. "And it's, like, pretty unlikely I'd be asked to, though that would be some totally awesome sabotage if I could manage it, but................"

"Please let me know in advance before you burn down the dorms?" Shuri teased. "I have some important stuff in here."

"Well," Nina said, "maaaaaaaaaaaaaaybe????????????? Only if you're, like, really, really nice to me?????????????? I can be bribed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

And for basically everything and anything except Greenhill and Lady Teresa and Lord Shin, this was true.

"I'll give you a delicious bite of...whatever this turns into," Shuri said, giving Beaker a dubious look.

"Tsk tsk," she scoffed, laughing. "Maybe you should try it out before promising it to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Shuri looked very dubious at the ingredients Beaker was adding to the shredded chicken. "That's a lot of red onion. And barbecue sauce."

Yeah, Nina was super not trying that before Shuri. Not even a little.

"Vette would probably like it though????????????????"

Vette liked basically anything.

"I'm not sure there's much Vette won't eat," Shuri said, watching in dismay as Beaker stuffed layers of tortilla, chicken stuff and cheese into a springform pan and stuffed it into the freezer.

"It's going to be eaten cold?!"

"From the freezer??!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Nina echoed, appalled despite herself.

"I take it back," Shuri said. "I'll come up with a better bribe so you don't indulge in arson."

"I look forward to your bribe, in that case," she said, still staring at the freezer like the whatever-it-was was going to jump out and bite her. "Because that is super not being eaten by me??????????????????"

Vette would still probably eat it.

"Oh, Bast, he's taking it back out," Shuri said, horrified. "It looks like a giant brie cheese!"
