Right, so there was a food video that had been viewed 20 million times and was, sure, probably a crime against humanity and definitely a year's worth of calories, but it was also a Challenge and let's be honest, without shenanigans to set up this week, Beaker had way too much time on his hands.

So here he was, preparing to make barbecue chicken quesadilla pepperoni pizza pie wedges...deep-fried.

Shuri had come in as he was preparing the chicken and had already started filming this for Science. She was also taking bets on what would catch fire first, if anyone wanted in...

[OOC: Had to. Come give Beaker his big send-off before he goes off to become Dr. Honeydew's hapless assistant!]

Shuri laughed. "I should have known you'd choose Vette," she teased. "And as strange as they were, I enjoyed the Wednesday shenanigans very much."

Shuri could tease him as much as she wanted on that! Sidon was merely going to take it as a point of sheer pride that anyone should be able to know that Vette was the most incredible thing to ever happen to him! And, if they didn't yet know? Well, then, he'd be more than happy to impart the knowledge to them and in great, enthusiastic detail!

"Oh," he said, "that is a marvelous choice, too, Shuri! The Wednesday shenanigans are among my absolute favorite things about summer here, barring the most excellent swimming to be had in this vast, vast ocean! I'm almost a little sad that there will not be one tomorrow lol though I was thinking of perhaps still going down to the park. It's been a while since I've had a chance to play a rousing game of 'Monster of the Deep' with the ducks in the pond!"

Without being an...actual monster, anyway.
