Second floor common room - Friday afternoon

Faile sat crossed-legged on the floor in front of the TV. She tucked her divided skirts around her bare feet and leaned forward a bit more.

"Do it again," she commanded John who sat on the couch behind her, holding the remote control.

Fifth floor common room - Friday afternoon

Raphael was finally awake and in the common room. He supposed he'd have to adjust his schedule to start doing the whole 'going to class' thing again, but who really cared for now? He certainly didn't. If Namine or Donnie needed him they could knock, same with anyone else, and Mikey was always with him.

Speaking of which, Little Mikey was on his shoulder, clinging as Raphael positively taunted him with cereal. It wasn't that he hadn't been fed, simply that he was sure the cereal was much more tasty than what he'd been given. The tiny turtle made a squeaky hiss of protest, butting against Raph's neck.

Raph's eyes rolled over to his brother. "What? I fed you, you can't have my cereal. One sugar bomb is as big as your head, dude." He turned his attention back to the TV. "What the hell is this, anyway? 'Reptar: On Ice'? Whatever." Really, he was only half paying attention in the first place. "Looks like something you'd get into, Mikey."

He continued to ignore Mikey's protests as the program began to go into a chant of "Reptar, Reptar! Gotta find that Reptar!"

[OOC: Open, of course. Grumbly Raph as always :3]

Shooting range, Friday morning

River posted the safety rules for the first time.

· KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL READY TO FIRE

· BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT’S BEYOND

· CHECK IN ALL WEAPONS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RANGE.

She'd never been on her own here before, but it felt like a good step. Perhaps the practise itself wasn't as essential as reminding herself what she could do when she had to. She enjoyed this.

On her return she'd brought the Navy Colt Jane had given her to the weapon's locker, and now she picked it up, slowly turning the weapon in one hand.

[Shooting range is open, but thread with River and Jack locked to them.]

Fourth Floor Common Room [late evening]

Aravis lounged on the couch with a much smaller assortment of candy than the last time she'd tried this. She idly flipped through channels until she hit a film about some man named James Bund, who seemed to be competent enough with his weaponry and who seemed to attract irritating women like moths to a flame.

Mmm. Violence and spies and pretty people. Aravis made herself more comfortable and settled in to watch.

[oooooooopen as common rooms so often are. :D]
