Johnny started with a five to ten minute aerobic program, then he followed with stretching exercises to all muscle groups. Moving on from there he performed a light work out with adequate resistance, causing his body to warm considerably.

After that, he began a series of dumbell exercises, from flat dumbell presses to incline flies. He was working his upper body strength today as well as his abs and legs. Now he was working on front raises with his knees slightly bent, the dumbell against his thighs, palms towards his body.

It was a great work out and one he needed. He had been neglecting his body for too long. Imagine that? And wanted a good work out this morning that would last a good couple hours. More than likely it would be followed by a swim at the pool.

Neil had been spending much of the break week holed up learning one of Shakespeare's comedic monologues. Now, having knocked his desk lamp off the desk for about the fifth time in so many hours, he'd decided to take it out into the common room, where he had a bit more room to bounce on the furniture as he ran the lines.

If he also happened to be cooking some bacon and making some toast while also receiting the lines, well ... he was getting to be fairly good at multi-tasking!

A.J. was having one of those days again, where he had a ton of creative energy coursing through him, but wasn't exactly sure how to release it. He tried working on plans for his room in his room, but it was too quiet. It was a social kind of energy. So he moved into the common room on his floor, flopped comfortably on the couch with his sketchpad, and started sketching, hoping some people might drop in to keep him company while he drew. Sometimes, the best pictures came out that way.

He thought that, if he wanted people to come be social, he should be making food. But then he remembered that probably no one really wanted that. He could make a pretty mean bowl of Ramen, though...
