Having been back to the dorm to change and rebind his own wound ('cause it's really not such a bad bullet graze as to require a doctor), Shep finally makes it to the party.

He smiles and waves at people he recognizes as he comes in.

Flopping down at the bar, he smiles at the 'keep. "Something strong. And a lot of it."
