Rory wanders into the common room, holding a cup of coffee and a stack of flyers. She also has a bag of "Vote Rory!" buttons and "RG for SR" ribbons thrown over her shoulder.

She flops down on the couch after pinning up a few flyers, and starts absently flipping through the channels.

Marty wanders in carrying his own cup of coffee.

"Hey Rory. Last minute campaigning?"

She shrugs. "More like last ditch effort to get rid of these. I mean, what am I going to do with a couple dozen self-promoting buttons and ribbons after tomorrow?"

She holds up a button. "Want one?"

Marty takes the button and pins it to his shirt.

"You could always give them to the Tick. I'm sure he'd find a way to use them to stop crime. Um... listen about Homecoming, sorry I kind of went all asshole with Logan at the end. Angelus tends to push my buttons a little. Especially when it comes to a certain emo redhead."

Rory waves a hand dismissively.

"It's no problem. I don't blame you at all," she says, smiling. "And I don't think Logan's upset, either. I mean, to be honest," she says, dropping her voice a little, "I'm a little freaked out by the fact Logan and Angelus are friends, too, and more than a little confused as to why I'm getting the nice treatment all of a sudden. But Angela told me - kind of - what happened with you guys and Angelus, and I don't blame you a bit for being wary."

She raises her voice back to a normal level, and continues, "So, are you going to the poker night on Thursday? Logan told me he was inviting you."

Marty shakes his head.

"No... I actually have to go out of town this week. Love to go and win all your boyfriends money but this thing can't wait any longer. I've heard he throws a mean party, so next time I'm *so* going to be there."

Marty notices the flyers and reads it.

"And I think I'll see where you and Angela will be ending up. I can't believe you'd discriminate against Johnina like that though."

"Hey Parker. I tried to think of a way to insult you and ask you what you are doing at the same time, but I'm too tired to think straight. You want to tell us what your scribbling out?"

Parker holds up her notepad. "It probably won't work. But some of the students might be dumb enough to buy it."
