4th floor Common Room, Saturday night

Xander? Might possibly have been dealing with a Twinkie hangover. He was sprawled on a couch watching an evening repeat of Smile Time, occasionally singing along with the music -- Self esteem is for everybody, self esteem is for everyone...You can dream and be anybody but self esteem is how you get it done.... -- and looking like a guy suffering from a serious sugar-dump.

Looks can be deceiving, of course. The astute observer might note a pair of marshmallow blasters and several bags of ammo sitting innocently on the nearest table.

Anakin nodded. "I knew that."

In his head he was wondering what it would be like to have minions. He kinda liked the idea.

"And help would certainly be appreciated," he said. "Um, if I'm elected. If I'm not," he shrugged, "I don't know. I might help out anyway."

Rory's eyes darkened for a moment, and then she seemed to mentally brush it away and smiled again.

"Forget the posters. People are immature and just jealous. I mean, why sabotage your campaign if they don't think you'll win?"
