2nd Floor Common Room - Starting Late Afternoon - PARTY!

Logan had hooked up his gamestation to the flatscreen TV and was playing a videogame involving a lot of women in bikinis bouncing up and down. He was drinking a non-descript beverage from a plastic cup, and anyone within two feet of him would notice the odor of tequila wafting off him.

A couple of coolers with beverages (all non-alcoholic) were set up around the room, and bags of chips and other snack foods were laid out on the table.

Angel came in after he was done with Studio Art. "Hey."

"Hey, Angel! Wanna play X-Treme Vollyball?" Logan pointed at the screen and made one of the bikini-clad girls bounce up and down. He laughed. "Or how about a drink? I'll tell you where I put the good stuff."

"Good stuff'd be nice," Angel murmured. He watched the screen for a moment. "That's... an interesting interpretation of gravity."

Logan shoved the controller into his hands. "Try it," he suggested. He picked up his drink and downed the contents.

He stumbled over to the kitchen cabinets and some bottles hidden there and poured fresh drinks. He wavered his way back to Angel and handed him one of the drinks, then plopped down on the couch and guzzled his own.

Callisto wandered in soon after music finished. "Logan."

Bridge trails in after Callisto, and heads for the snack table.

Angel saluted him with his drink as though toasting. When he took a sip, he made a small face. "Ahhh. That is good stuff."

He turned his attention back to the game. "So is the goal to win, or lose? Because losing seems like a lot of fun based on their reactions."

Cally wanders in, eyeing the other room occupants a teensy bit warily.

Catching sight of Angel Callisto came over to the couch. "Hey."

John heads into the party with a pasted on smile, a can of soda, and a pen.

"How you doing?" Angel asked.

"Okay," Callisto shrugged. "Mostly just studying for the exam, don't want to be underprepared. What about you?"

"Same deal." Angel held up his drink. "Wanna sip? Logan made it special."

Nadia is looking for people, and as much as she hates to admit it, that means the second floor common room.

Cally waves to John and raises an eyebrow. "What's the pen for?"

"Special?" Callisto eyed the drink. "The kind of not allowed in the dorms special?"

"Had it since my last class," John says, staring at the pen. "Keep forgetting to leave it in my room. How's it going there, Cally?"

Cally shrugs. "Goin' okay, I guess. I feel like my social life has taken a nose dive or something. I barely get out nowadays, thanks to all my classwork, and then the little free time I have kinda has to be dedicated to the boy, you know?"

"Feel the same way actually," John says, nodding. "School, girlfriend, sleep. The three commandments of my life. How is Anders? Heard he got knocked around last weekend. Talked to him earlier this week and he was still a little wobbly."

"There's a goal to this game?" Logan asked.

"His ribs got cracked and stuff? And a concussion, too. But that doesn't effect the ribs, I think." Cally shrugs again. "He should be here any minute, actually."
