In absolutely no mood to start writing a bill for Government class, Sam decided to veg in the strangely empty common room. She was watching Wormhole X-treme and throwing a lot of popcorn at the television.

"Wormholes can't go two ways, you morons!"

Parker wandered back in after talking to Isabel, still in a *really* good mood, but no longer spastic. "Hey, Carter. And why can't they, anyway?" she grinned and stole a handful of popcorn.

"Parker!" Sam took a minute to look at the screen and boggled. "Time loop? Are you kidding me?"

She eyed Parker. "Do you really want to know, or are you just humoring me because I know how to use explosives?"

"Humoring you. Completely and totally humoring you." Parker grinned and folded herself onto the couch, munching on a handful of popcorn. "Time loop? What?"

Okay, so Anders got a little overenthusiastic when he called down to Ching Tai to order food for pickup. He heads into the common room, just about staggering under the weight of a large box of food, and sets it down on the counter.

"Chinese, anyone? I think this might be a little too much for just me and Cally to eat . . ."

"Anders!" Sam waved. "I haven't seen you in forever. What's up?"

"I could say the same, y'know, Carter," he replied, unpacking what seemed like dozens of little boxes of chow mein, vegetables, and various dishes. "I coulda sworn you were over at Bridge's last weekend for that drinking game, but my memory? Not so great by the end of it. What's up is I have a frakton of food here, and I feel like sharing. There's plates and everything."

He put aside enough of the food to last two people a couple of days, then turned and shoved his hands into his pockets with a grin. "Other than that, just class, homework, the usual."

"Gimme!" Parker made grabby motions with her hands, grinning. "Soooo hungry. Thank you Anders," she added nicely. "Do you have lemon shrimp in there?"

"Oh, you're kidding me," Bridge says, frowning at the television as he walks in.

Callisto wandered down to the common room. "Hey guys."

"Hey, Call!" Parker waved and forked up some Chinese food. "Joining us for impromptu dinner and silliness?"

Alanna wondered into the common room, one loud mouthed cat missing from her shoulder.

"Hey, Faithful. Alanna." Parker cocked her head. "What has his tail in a twist?"

"Aloha," Rory said, wandering into the common room and flopping onto a couch.

"Buenos tardes?" Parker grinned, and gestured to the popcorn. "Want some ammo?"

"Hey, peoplefolk." Xander showed up wearing a rather faded 'I Survived Zombie Weekend And All I Got Was This Stupid T-Shirt And a dvd of Angelus and Faith Making Idiots of Themselves' t-shirt, and carrying his laptop. He set that up on the corner of a table near the couch he flopped down on, leaving it open to his e-mail account. Every so often he'd hit refresh and scan the screen, before turning his attention back to the room.

"Waiting for e-mail from that Willow-girl? Want some Chinese food?" Parker smiled at him, and said, "You don't *look* like you still need a hug."

Sometime after Anders leaves, Archie wanders up and establishes himself comfortably in an armchair. "And how are things in the den of vice tonight?" he asks.

"Things are nice in the den of vice. We have Chinese food courtesy of your nemesis, popcorn, and Wormhole X-treme." Parker grinned at Archie. "Need any of that passed to you?"
