Brunch to Save the Teal Deer, Lobby, 11 a.m. through the afternoon

As the poster promised, there are bacon, eggs and toaster strudel available in the dorm lobby. There's even extra icing for the strudel, and gallons of coffee. It probably smells amazing.

But to get to this bounty, you need to fork over $2. Somebody will probably press a teal deer awareness button at you, too.

What to do? The coffee and strudel do look good...

"Oh. Okay." Blair figured their conversation was pretty much over, and while it hadn't been very productive, it hadn't been violent. So, yay!

He stuck out his hand and tried to smile happily. "Thanks for talking to me about it, man."

For a moment it didn't seem that Cameron wasn't going to shake his hand. Then he changed his mind and took it. Firmly. "Sure."

Arriving in time to witness the handshake, Molly walked over to them with a wary smile.

"Hi, Cam. Hi, Blair," she said, looking between the two of them. "How are you two today?"

Blair grinned and bounced. "Great! Morning, Molly! Happy almost birthday!"

"Yo, Molly." Cameron smiled and pulled back. "Excited about tomorrow?"

Molly smiled at Blair. "Thank you," she said before answering Cam's question.

"Yes! It's been a few years since I've been able to have a real birthday party. Has the email been sent to everybody but me yet? Do you know where the party is going to be? Am I supposed to pretend to be surprised? What time is the party? Do I wait for someone to come get me or should I just 'happen' to show up?"

Chuckling, Cameron wrapped an arm around her shoulders and kissed the top of her hat. "You'll see tomorrow. Am I going to have to drag you around the entire island to get you exhausted enough to sleep?"

Molly laughed. "Maybe. That would certainly give me something to do this afternoon," she said.

Blair looked at the two of them and smiled happily. It was a lot nicer to see them together when he wasn't worried about any romantic issues. "Well, you two have fun this afternoon and be very, very tired by the end of it! You've got a big day tomorrow."

Molly nodded in agreement. "I'm sure I'll figure out something to do," she said sliding a sneaky glance at Cam, hoping he wouldn't notice.

Molly gave him her best innocent look. "Absolutely nothing."

Blair laughed. "Okay, well I'm going to go say hi to Sean (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhighdorms/516977.html?thread=25633649#t25633649) and Angel. I'll see you later, okay?" He wasn't sure if he should hug her in front of Cam, so he reached forward to pat her shoulder.

"Okay, Blair," Molly said as she misinterpreted his arm movement and stepped forward to hug him. "I'll see you later."

"Hmmmm," Cameron nudged Molly's shoulder. "What are you up to?"

Molly pressed her lips together for a moment to keep from breaking out into a huge grin. "Nothing," she said with a small shake of her head. "Honest."

Molly was quiet for a bit. "Hmmm, I had an idea, but I don't think it will work out like I wanted it to. I need to get into some kind of trouble today that won't earn me detention."

"You need to get into trouble?" Cameron raised an eyebrow. "My g-" He stopped dead and blinked, looking confused. "John's better at getting into trouble than I am."

Molly smiled. "Maybe we should go ask John then," she said. "I still need to ask him about Aeryn's birthday anyway."

"That could work, I promised Aeryn I'd keep him from sulking and I didn't get to talk to him yesterday so I should probably go check in," Cameron nodded.
