Well, it's sort of Xander's common room now. In the way that it belongs to everybody, and most of his associations with it involve certain red-clad authority figures more than other students, and there's no kitchen. But anyway.

There's a kitchen in 121. He made brownies. Yes, from a box. They're on the table by the tv.

Which is playing a classic black&white First Mister episode of Mr. What, because it's a little late to try convincing anybody around here that he's not a geek.

With a purple frog. Who's watching from his tank on a conveniently-placed end table. Actually Jeremiah probably has the better view.

"Oh man, I really am kind of a geek," said Conner in a mock-despairing tone. "And yeah, I inherited a really awkward name, so my parents thought it'd be a good idea to name me 'Not' so I wouldn't get beat up on the playground as much."

See? Almost halfway witty banter. Not a dumb jock, really. No, really.

"And the scary thing is that around here, that story has about a...hm. One in five chance of being true." Xander laughed. "Also, I cast no stones, being as I'm the guy who just told you which season it's from."

"From what I've heard so far I believe it," answered Conner. "Huh. So who decided you're cuter than the other guy named Xander?"

He held his hands up. "Not that I'm a good judge or anything!"
