Seahorse common room, Monday evening

Jaye makes it all the way back to Seahorse without giggling about the Arts and Crafts Scrapbooking WS. Because come on, that's funny. And yes, she did actually leave the cabin for a while, despite anything she might have said yesterday. And no, she's probably not leaving again. Because the pretty is here.

Dean came back from his walk with Dawn and wandered into the common room. "Hey," he said to Jaye as he flopped down on the couch.

"Hey," she greets him from where she's sitting in an armchair. "How goes it?"

"It goes very well," he replied with a grin, still thinking of his walk with Dawn. "How 'bout you?"

"I've been lazy and scrapbooked not dirty," she tells him. "All in all, that makes it a pretty good day."

Sam came in, covered in flour, cocoa, and what may have been burnt brownie crumbs, grabbed a towel and a robe, and headed straight for the shower.

"Hi, Sam, hiiiii!" Jaye greets her, figuring this could be a fun story.

Sam stomped over to Jaye, leaving a trail of flour. The good news was, at least it was out of her hair. Sort of. "Hi."

Dean looked at Sam and guessed, "Poltergiest in the kitchen?"

"Homemade brownies," Sam grumbled.

Dean frowned. "There was a poltergiest in the brownies?"

Alec heard voices and wandered into the common room from his bunk, eating an apple. "Good, people are here. It was kinda boring most of today."

"Speak for yourself," Dean told his double. "Some of us had good days."

"Do tell then, Dad, what made your day so good," Alec said, and took another bite of apple.

"Oh, I got outside, took a walk in th woods," Dean said grinning at him. "Got some fresh air, enjoyed the sun and the company..."

"There should be no boring in Seahorse," Jaye says seriously.

"There really shouldn't," Alec agreed. "But what to do?"

"I'm sure with this group, we could come up with something," she tells him.

Like Alec, Sam also followed the sound of the voices into the common room, staking a claim on the nearest open spot by Dean out of sheer habit.

"Hey Sammy," Dean greeted his brother as he sat down next to him. "Keeping busy?"

"For the most part. I'd tell you how much I'm looking forward to starting workshops tomorrow, but I know you'll laugh." Sam smirked at him. "How about you?"

Jaye waves. "Hey, Cute Sam." Yep, she just likes the nickname.

"Hey Pretty Jaye." He's amazed that nickname hasn't backfired on him.

"Hey, Sammy," Alec greeted him from the armchair he'd claimed, before taking one of the last bites of his apple.

"It's Sam," he replied, almost automatically. "And how's your day been?"
