Meerkat Campfire, evening

The cabin is back, or visible at least since it never really went anywhere. She survived cheerleading practice without injury and the rain seems to have stopped. All in all, not a bad day. Now it's time to sit back, relax and enjoy the last campfire and the last s'more for a while.

"Is it coordinated if you just show up and people show up with you?" Jaye wonders.

"Close enough?" He grins. "You missed the slumber party last night."

"There was a slumber party?" she asks. Just for clarification.

"Dean and Sammy both had guests," he says, raising eyebrows.

"Oh," she says, and figures she might as well just get it out of the way. "...Full disclosure, right?"

He grins. "Had fun?"

"Um. Yeah?"

Alec looks from her to the marshmallow he's roasting. "Anything else?"

"Anything else?" she asks, hoping he's not asking for details.

"Anything else you feel you have to tell me?" He clarifies, glancing at her.

She sighs. "Okay, so I did something probably really bad and wrong and gah, but yeah," she says, and there it is. Sort of.

"You remember we're not doing the relationship thing? Keeping that in mind, what's so wrong and bad?" Alec glances at her, quizzical.

"Yeah, I'm still kinda getting used to that first part," Jaye says. "I might have left the luau with someone. As you do."

"As you do," he agrees, despite not having left with anyone, and looks expectant.

She isn't sure if names make this better or worse, but fine. There's information and an explanation when she says, "Jack."

Alec frowns, but it might be at his marshmallow. "Okay."

Yes, getting used to it. "How was the study session?"

He shrugs, smirking. "Got put off, but there's time." Alec looks at her, one eyebrow arched. "D'anna, by the way."

"Okay," she says. "...Our cabin's confused."

Alec has to grin at that. "Agreed. Maybe we just need a cabin-wide orgy to defuse tension."

"...Okay, wow, yeah. Um."

"What?" The grin doesn't fade. "I'm only half serious. Mostly because the boy/girl ratio would, again, not be in my favor."

"It's the other half that makes me go 'buh'," she says. "Mostly because I can kind of see it happening."

"Really? I don't think GirlSam would be so big on it," he says. "And Sammy might just be traumatized."

She thinks about this. "Pretty Sam might need a lot to drink, but the trip to the emergency room might put a damper on things. And Cute Sam... Yeah, I kinda feel bad traumatizing him. Oh my god, I'm actually discussing this."
