Meerkat Campfire, evening

The cabin is back, or visible at least since it never really went anywhere. She survived cheerleading practice without injury and the rain seems to have stopped. All in all, not a bad day. Now it's time to sit back, relax and enjoy the last campfire and the last s'more for a while.

"I would soldier on." Parker nodded tragically. "Somehow. For the sake of the school spirit." Her voice went back to normal. "Who is probably some weird monk pirate from the 14th Century, you realize."

"Brother... Gremling? Sure. Brother Gremling needed shelter for the displaced spirits of thousands of badger victims. So he borrowed it, not stole it. Temporarily," Parker explained, nodding thoughtfully. "And once the rain stopped and they could move on to their final destination, he brought it back. Sure. That could happen."

"Well, it's not like you'd melt. And maybe he thought Saint Griselda, patron saint of those without raincoats, would make you a miraculous tent." Parker's lips twitched.

"Had to? Ohhh, noes." Parker's grin got bigger. "Forced at rain-point to go stay with the hated enemy. Because you had *no* other options. How'd that work out?"

Parker chuckled. "Did you get a story too? That is so... cute." She said it like it was new, alien, but amusing concept.

Parker's expression softened. "Yeah, I remember. That's great, though. I'm glad you had a good time." She couldn't help grinning again. "And what did you do for nightclothes?"

"Damn making do. Whatcha gonna do." Parker grinned back. "Did you manage to keep it?"
