Pippi had intended to make breakfast this morning, but she slept in and had cheer practice.

So, pancakes for lunch.

"I like 'em plain, but we can put some bananas and blueberries on top." she said flipping pancakes into the air.

"How's workshops been treating ya? Any opportunities for displays of your mighty... might?"

"I've had some decent opportunity," Joxer said. He flexed his arms a bit. "I showed off my physique for the entertainer class last week."

"Oh I'm sure they were very impressed!"

"They were all speechless," Joxer said, smiling smugly. "How about you?"

"Oh," she said grinning, "If it weren't for the fact that I need to make lunch, I'd be swooning for certain!"

"Well, I was talking about how you were doing in your workshops," he said. "But thanks, I appreciate it."

"Oh!" she laughed. "They're going very well thank you! But I don't think I'll be taking four next session unless there are a lot of really good ones. I like all the ones I'm in now though. We had to escape from a smoky maze in Leadership and Outdoorsmanship. That was exciting."

"A maze, huh?" Joxer looked around shiftily for a moment. "I bet it was amazing."

"... Your insight astounds." she said smirking.

Joxer laughed. "Sorry, I couldn't restrain myself." He pointed towards the pancakes. "How are those doing?"

Pippi scooped some blueberries and banana slices onto a stack of pancakes for Joxer. "They're ready!"

Joxer beamed. "Thanks, Pippi," he took the pancakes and started eating them with nothing but his fingers. "I owe you for this."

"Just let me know when you decide to make lunch." she chimed.

"I make a killer radish stew," Joxer said. "I'll let you know."

"Oh! Radish stew!" Pippi said as if it was her favoritest thing in the world even though she'd never had it before.

"I just need to get some radishes, and you'll be able to try a stew you'll never forget," he said.

Because people remember Joxer's stew. They remember the horrible side effects, especially.
