The 3rd floor Common Room Thursday Evening 9/14

Lavender is cooking up a storm. It had all started when she decided it was her turn to cook after all the free food she’d eaten in the common rooms since she arrived in Fandom. But it looks like she got a little carried away.

On the table is a tray piled with Cornish pasties, a large bowl of mashed potatoes, a plate of fried tomatoes, another bowl filled with peas and carrots, a roast chicken and a pitcher of gravy. She was just leaning down to take out a vegetable casserole and then she was going to put in the Spotted Dick She hoped she'd made enough.

She’d also set out a large pitcher of pumpkin juice.

Damnit I left the fudge in my room! she thought to herself, wiping her hands on her apron.

"Hey, Bridge," Peter said. "Juggle anything interesting recently?"

"No, I've only juggled boring things," Bridge replies.

"That's unfortunate. You should really work more exciting juggling into your life," Peter said.

"I'm trying," Bridge says, with a frown. "Do you think they have juggling support groups, maybe?"

"We could start one. Lyman would probably sponsor it," Peter theorized.

"You think so?" Bridge asks.

"He's kind of wacky. I think he'd do it," Peter said.

"Of course, I've never actually *met* him..." Bridge muses.

"His class was a lot of fun. I think he's slightly insane, but in the fun way," Peter said.

"Completely true," Peter said. "Same applies to you, of course."

"Well, yeah," Bridge says. "I'm not going to deny that," he shrugs and grins.

"Good. Because you lying about something that basic would seem really weird," Peter said.

"Dude, I can't even lie about complicated things! Or I can but it's like, really, really hard."

"That's because you're a good person, Bridge," Peter said. "Don't change. Unless I really need you to lie for me. Then you can change as fast as you need."
