After finishing her homework for the week, Dawn went to the common room and decided to indulge herself. She had a bowl of rainbow sherbet and was flipping through channels.

Oooh, kittens! Or, well, lions, but baby ones. She watched happily, although an occasional "awww, kitty..." escaped.

"That's because we're much more complex," Dawn teased.

"If I didn't know any better, I'd say I just got insulted," Sam replied, pouting playfully.

"No, not at all," Dawn decided Sam was totally adorable when he pouted, but if he knew she thought that, he'd pout whenever he wanted something, which wouldn't be good for her. Or him. "So...why do you want to know what color dress I'm wearing, anyway? And it's not like you wouldn't see it hanging in my closet."

"Well, I don't want to go snooping through your closet to try to find your dress. And as for why I want to know...you'll find out at the dance," he said with a smirk.

"Saaaaaaaaaaammmmmmm," Dawn whined coaxed, then pouted, "you're just as mean as Dean."

"I'm not mean," Sam said, trying to defend himself. "It's called a surprise."

"That's very sweet," she kissed him on the cheek. "If it eats me, I'm sending it back."

Dawn giggled. "It's very nice that you don't go nuts when I say things like that, you know. Makes me feel much less freakazoid."
