Saturday evening, just outside the school grounds

There really was something irresistable to the trolls about the giant castle thing at the top of the hill.

I mean, come on! Trolls, castle . . . it was like a match made in heaven!

So, once they'd made lots of good headway pillaging and rampaging through the town, the trolls started on their way up the hill, aimed for the gates to the school, grinning and slathering and singing creepy, troll-y songs of glee.

Teddy jumped to the side, rolling not so gracefully onto his feet. His main strategy of hitting things really hard didn't seem to be working on the troll. "Okay, let's try something new."

He grabbed the troll's arm and flapped his wings to get airborne.

The troll just blinked in surprise and pointed, in case anyone else was looking over to see this. Ooooooh.

Okay, pulling dragging a troll behind him while flying was harder than he thought it would be. "It's called a diet, try it some time," Teddy said as he continued his ascent upward.

Teddy might have heard a pleased "Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" because the troll had no idea what was going on, but this ride didn't suck.

He was fighting the weirdest killer troll ever. Teddy flew over toward an empty spot and, when he decided he was high enough, let go of the troll's arm.

The fall didn't kill the troll, but it did knock him out and make an impressive dent in the lawn.
