Saturday evening, just outside the school grounds

There really was something irresistable to the trolls about the giant castle thing at the top of the hill.

I mean, come on! Trolls, castle . . . it was like a match made in heaven!

So, once they'd made lots of good headway pillaging and rampaging through the town, the trolls started on their way up the hill, aimed for the gates to the school, grinning and slathering and singing creepy, troll-y songs of glee.

"Peter, hi!" Zero called. "My boots are magic!" Then she went back to kicking trolls.

After his battle with the troll brothers, Peter was a bit tired. "Very cool! Where'd you get them? Magic boots would be a good investment for me."

"Army surplus, I think! I got 'em at a thrift store!"

"I will definitely have to try that out," Peter said, running over to help Zero kick some trolls. It was almost like a date.

Kicking trolls together? Well, Zero's had worse dates.

"I can't wait to hear it," Peter said, switching up to punching.

"D'you want to hear the chorus?" Zero offered as she swung her mallet into a troll's chin.

"Please," Peter said, punching a troll in the throat.

"Okay, it goes like this." Zero kicked a troll in the knee before she sang:

Kick kick kick
We're kicking trolls

Kick kick kick
And we're kicking trolls
Kicking trolls together"

Peter rushed over and kicked the same troll in the back of his other knee. "Very romantic. I approve."

"S'about--" Zero paused to hit the troll with her mallet. "S'about bonding. Not bondage." She hit the troll again for good measure. "That's a whole 'nother song. Thing."

Peter stared for a moment. "You haven't written that song, have you?" He then pushed the troll over. It had been malletted. He didn't figure it was going to do much more.

"Um. If you want. I mean, I'm not going to complain or anything if you do. Um. I mean, yay, bondage, and..." Peter trailed off awkwardly. "Hey, a troll!" Peter punched it.
