Sunday Evening - Fifth Floor Common Room

After handwavy shopping for supplies and food, Peter and Isabel decorated the Common Room and hung a banner across the back saying  "Congratulations on Surviving Our First Week of Classes!"  

A big cake of whatever flavour you want to mod saying much the same thing, soda, chips, and lots of other food were laid out on the table along with poppers, kazoos, noisemakers, and other party favours and games.

In short, the Common Room was set up for a big Student Council sponsored party for all students old and new.

"Great!" She said enthusiastically. "They're going to be so much fun! What about you?"

Peter wrinkled his nose. "Well, I like Tactics and Villainy. But I didn't realise engineering was quite so much maths and science."

"What did you think it would be?" Molly asked curiously.

"Siege engines?" Peter said. "Which, true, involve maths, but not...chemistry and such."

"We've come a loooong way since siege engines," Molly pointed out.

"Yes, but that class would be so much more useful to me," Peter said with a grin. "My country's fairly medieval."

"Maybe the professor will let you skip all the stuff that doesn't apply to what you're used to."

Peter thought about that for a second. "Perhaps. But then Willow would probably pout at me for not learning as much as I could."

Molly giggled. "Learning new things never hurts and I'm sure keeping Willow is important to you too."

Peter paused, looking mischievous for a second then laughed. "Very true. I can't even joke about that not being the case."
