Sunday Evening - Fifth Floor Common Room

After handwavy shopping for supplies and food, Peter and Isabel decorated the Common Room and hung a banner across the back saying  "Congratulations on Surviving Our First Week of Classes!"  

A big cake of whatever flavour you want to mod saying much the same thing, soda, chips, and lots of other food were laid out on the table along with poppers, kazoos, noisemakers, and other party favours and games.

In short, the Common Room was set up for a big Student Council sponsored party for all students old and new.

"Erm... I'm guessing I know a different him," Cassie said.

"It's a good possibility," she said. "This place is like a dimensional nexus of weird. Can I ask how you know him?"

"...I probably shouldn't say," Cassie said. "It's not flattering."

Isabel's blinked. She couldn't imagine any Peter that would cause someone to say that. "It's your call. But I know this Peter and I trust him with my life."

"I think I'll have to meet him before I can make any decisions like that," Cassie said.

"Fair enough," she nodded. "So how'd the first week go? Obviously you survived, but did you have fun?"

"Other than getting detention, yeah," Cassie said. "Actually having detention was... surprisingly fun, if tiring."

"Oh? What did you have to do?" Isabel asked. "I'm sort of jealous. The one and only time I had detention it sucked."

"We had to save the world from a so called madman," Cassie said.

"Did you succeed? Because I suppose it's probably good practice before our next invasion."

"Well, it'll only help if we have tranquilizer toothbrushes on hand, and I happen to know the name of the madman's old flame," Cassie said. "I kinda had an advantage in detention.

"Oh really?" Isabel asked, not quite getting the references. "How so?"

"Well, I knew who the villain's old girlfriend was. And I'd been given a tranquilizer toothbrush," Cassi said.

She blinked, then shrugged. "Whatever works to save the world."
