Sunday Evening - Fifth Floor Common Room

After handwavy shopping for supplies and food, Peter and Isabel decorated the Common Room and hung a banner across the back saying  "Congratulations on Surviving Our First Week of Classes!"  

A big cake of whatever flavour you want to mod saying much the same thing, soda, chips, and lots of other food were laid out on the table along with poppers, kazoos, noisemakers, and other party favours and games.

In short, the Common Room was set up for a big Student Council sponsored party for all students old and new.

Peter looked dejected. "I got signed up for Home Ec... I'm very...thrilled."

Marie giggled a little. "I think Jamie's in that class, too. I think you and he should cook dinner for me and Willow sometime."

Peter facepalmed. "Is there any way to convince you not to mention that idea to Willow?"

"I don't think so," Marie admitted. "It would be a fun double date!"

"If you two didn't hold bad cooking against us?" Peter asked hopefully.

"Aren't you learning good cooking?" Marie pointed out.

"Hopefully...that's not to say we'll be able to cook well by the end though," Peter replied with a grin.

Marie grinned back. "I think you guys will be just fine. Besides, it's the thought that counts."

Marie giggled. "I'm definitely telling Willow and Jamie. I think it's the best idea ever."
