Sunday Evening - Fifth Floor Common Room

After handwavy shopping for supplies and food, Peter and Isabel decorated the Common Room and hung a banner across the back saying  "Congratulations on Surviving Our First Week of Classes!"  

A big cake of whatever flavour you want to mod saying much the same thing, soda, chips, and lots of other food were laid out on the table along with poppers, kazoos, noisemakers, and other party favours and games.

In short, the Common Room was set up for a big Student Council sponsored party for all students old and new.

"I fought a stick wielding cow in detention once," Peter said. "It's never not been fun. So basically worth it."

"I saved the world from a guy who owns his own country," Cassie said. "It was interesting."

"Sounds like it," Peter said. "Have to save the world some time, I suppose."

"Oh, not like this was the first time," Cassie said.

"Tell me about it?" Peter asked, interested.

"Well, there was a couple of alien races fighting over New York City," Cassie said. "And I helped put a stop to that."

A minor bit of help, in the big picture, but she liked to think she did more.
