Sunday Evening - Fifth Floor Common Room

After handwavy shopping for supplies and food, Peter and Isabel decorated the Common Room and hung a banner across the back saying  "Congratulations on Surviving Our First Week of Classes!"  

A big cake of whatever flavour you want to mod saying much the same thing, soda, chips, and lots of other food were laid out on the table along with poppers, kazoos, noisemakers, and other party favours and games.

In short, the Common Room was set up for a big Student Council sponsored party for all students old and new.

"Roomy," Peter said. "How did you manage that anyway?"

"If I told you, I'd have to kill you."

"Come on, you couldn't kill me if you wanted to," Peter said.

"I think I could if I really put my mind to it and had a giant robot body suit thing to control. With lasers. And a net. Not that I'd want to. You're too fun to have around, Pete."

"You couldn't get me with that either," Peter said. "But I appreciate the compliment. It's not easy finding people who can actually keep up with me."

"Yeah, well we can't all have crazy reflexes. But I'm glad we're on the same side. Speaking of which, I'm thinking we need a Stickbug event."

"I'm in. What do you have in mind?" Peter asked.

"Tasteful vandalism. Something to show that the Stickbug brotherhood isn't going anywhere and that we're better than the Meerkats. Something that'll wash off so we don't get kicked out."

"Hopefully something that doesn't get us stuck on the beautification committee?" Peter asked.

"We're all smart, sneaky, creative guys. I think we can come up with something." He grinned.

"Banners in the gym, maybe?" Peter asked.

"Banners! Good idea. And in the halls. And on as many chalkboard, whiteboard, classroom board things we can get to."

"They're non-permanent but noticable," Peter said. "And between all of us, we should be able to get to a lot of them. We're a talented bunch."

Charlie grinned. "We are, aren't we? I'll send out an email later tonight, get the whole gang in on it. Keep an eye out."

"Will do," Peter said. "The Stickbugs shall reign again!"

"Fandom will never forget the Mighty Mighty Stickbugs!" Charlie pumped a fist in the air, and then went to find some food.
