Sunday Evening - Fifth Floor Common Room

After handwavy shopping for supplies and food, Peter and Isabel decorated the Common Room and hung a banner across the back saying  "Congratulations on Surviving Our First Week of Classes!"  

A big cake of whatever flavour you want to mod saying much the same thing, soda, chips, and lots of other food were laid out on the table along with poppers, kazoos, noisemakers, and other party favours and games.

In short, the Common Room was set up for a big Student Council sponsored party for all students old and new.

"Evening, Bridge," Peter called with a smile. "How goes it?"

"Is the weekend really almost over?" Bridge says mock-plaintively.

"Class tomorrow, right on schedule," Peter agreed with a mock-sigh. "Anyway you can think of that would delay it?"

"We could set all the clocks back?" Bridge suggests.

"Oooooo...Perhaps change the date so everyone thinks tomorrow is Sunday?" Peter asked.

"Exactly!" Bridge says. "This is a totally ingenious plan."

"We ought to get working on it though," Peter pointed out. "Will we have time tonight to get EVERYONE'S clock?"

"We could ask Z and Jamie for help?" Bridge suggests.

"You know they'd be up for it," Peter said quickly. "Jamie, especially." He looked around like he expected one of them to appear.

"He does seem to have a talent for mischief," Bridge says. "...Not that this would be mischief. No, more of a public service really!" he says solemnly.

"Well, he's a Stickbug," Peter replied, grinning. "And a public service indeed. One that would allow us more relaxation before the trials of class."
