Fifth Floor Common Room: Evening - StuCo Party

A banner has been posted at the entrance to the CR proclaiming:

UTOPIA NIGHT

The room is decorated in a jubilant way, (Or at least in a way that Jamie might think is jubilant) and a nice ~~moddable~~ array of food and drinks are provided as well as several "Utopia Stations" that everyone can attend and use for their delight.

Trying to get into the spirit of things, Tyler took some pink glitter and sprinkled it through his hair.

Jamie looked at Tyler oddly. "Decided to do something different tonight?"

"High Stickbug fashion," Tyler said. "Want some blue glitter?"

"No glitter for me thank you. Not my kind of thing," Jamie laughed. "Though pink is definitely your color."

Tyler screwed up his face.

And tossed a handful of glitter at Jamie. "It's shiny and pretty. Like you."

Now Jamie was shirtless. And glittery.

"I don't care how much glitter you throw at me, I'm not making out with you."

"Why do people think I'm gay?" Tyler wondered aloud, to the ceiling. "And if I liked boys, they wouldn't be freaks."

Sprinkling herself with glitter too, River noticed Tyler and nodded in hello. While it still felt odd talking to him. She wasn't really angry at him anymore.

Tyler wasn't mad either, really; it was just some left-over awkwardness. "Did you want the pink?" he asked River.

"Pink is good," she said, accepting the bottle. "How are you?" she asked a little nervously.

"I'm in utopia," Tyler said ironically. "It can't be all bad. And you?"

"Well enough," River replied. "Food, glitter and stuffed toy animals. That's utopic?" She wasn't completely convinced.

"If you're Madrox," Tyler shrugged. "And it's cute, anyhow."

"Cute. Yes." River smiled a little. "And throwing foods was accepted." She sprinkled some more glitter over her head.

The glitter looked ... really good in her hair. "You think there are food fights in utopia?" Tyler asked. "Not that I disagree."

There was probably some remains of egg salad on River's dress.

She grinned, and threw a handful of glitter at Tyler. "Yes. And glitter fights."

Oh, that was uncalled for. "Fights," Tyler agreed, and tossed glitter back at River.

River spun around, making the glitter land all over her dress. She then threw a handful of sprinkles at Tyler, while laughing happily.

In revenge, Tyler took some sequins and tossed them at River, one at a time. "We're making a huge mess," he pointed out, not sounding as if he cared.

"Utopia. Making a mess and not caring." River grinned happily and waved her arms about, spreadning glitter in the air. It felt good to talk to Tyler again.

"Utopia. Not being the custodian," Tyler added.

He brushed some of the glitter off his shirt and looked at it closely on his fingers. "It's so sparkly."

"Sparkly like stars." She sprinkled some more glitter over his hands.
