Second Floor Common Room, Saturday, Late Morning

Leaving a very cranky Wyatt, Tannim came out to the Common Room, put on a pot of coffee and poured a bowl of cereal.

Something very strange and Fandomish was going on, and Zero wasn't quite sure what it was, but that was okay, because Zero? Had a video camera.

"Oi, you," she said from behind the camcorder. "Say somethin' ridiculous an' out of character for you so I can blackmail you whenever this wears off."

Tannim blinked at her. "When what wears off?" he asked.

"Mornin', Zero!" D greeted as she looked for a coffee mug.

Hermione walked up to the girl with the pretty hair and sayd "You have very prettyy hair." It wasn't as pretty as Hermoine but few hair was.

Spider-Ham found his way over to the girl with stripes in her hair and waved. "You don't see many humans with stripes in their hair. Nice statement."

Hermione was on her way downstairs becuse she was going to go shopping! She could ahve had her shoppers doit for her but it was fun adn she wanted to show that she was more than a beutiful face and she could do things hersefl. But were people there and she loves people even if they weren't as kewl as her so she says "HI!"

D glanced at the new student as far as she knows, raised an eyebrow, and silently went back to mug hunting.

D made the mistake of listening to the podcast from last night's radio while getting dressed for the morning and as such, had forgot to make coffee.

So she slipped into the common room to see if some kind soul hadn't perhaps made a pot from which she could snarf a cup.

Waldo was standing in the back of the common room, trying to remember if he left the stove on back home.

"Morning." Billy said to the general population of the room as he entered.

Rita stopped in the common room to get coffee on her way into town, and waved vaguely to Zero when she saw that she had a video recorder out. She also nodded to Tannim. "Good morning."

"Hey, Parker." D waved as she dried out her coffee mug.

"That's a new look for you isn't it?" Billy asked. Maybe it was a result of her turning 18.

Zero turned the camera on Rita. "Good morning, miss, tell us a bit about yourself," she suggested. "Parker's gonna kill me," she whispered gleefully.

After changing into his costume, Peter Porker, the Spectacular Spider-Ham, swung down to the second floor common room in search of beings who needed his help. He was fairly surprised to find himself surrounded by these... human... animals, but you learned to take things in stride when you were a superhero.

Billy blinked. Then opened his mouth to answer, then closed it. And blinked again.

Hermeione stared at the weird-looking thing. She was much prettier. "Ae you a Hufflepuff?" she asked because hufflepuff as the bad house no one wanted to be in.

Simba's nose twitched. He smelled ... Pork! Delicious pork! Finally there was something to eat here. He pressed himself close to the ground, and tried to stealthily sneak up on his prey just like his Dad had taught him.

Molly had made it all the way down to the second floor without running into anyone so she was still clueless to the weirdness when she wandered in.

C.J. had woken up and given herself a nice blowout before she decided to run out and look for water. She had her lifesaver with her, just in case. Even though they seemed to very much be on dry land.

And in a building, no less.

So she stood in the door of the common room and watched everyone anxiously, surveying the scene in case someone started to drown or was attacked by a shark.

hErmione looked over and frowned at the new girl who hthrought she had better hair but she didn't, because Hermione was the most beatuful girl in all of fandom. She flipped her gorgeous long shimmering hair at her.

Simba was still hungry. He'd searched most of the third floor, but there was still nothing to hunt down there. It was almost like Fandom didn't have large herds of African animals roaming around. He'd tripped and then fallen all the way down regally padded down the stairs from the third floor to the second, where he'd made his way into the common room next to them.

"Hi!" he said, pleased to see something there.

Juliet blinked. "A beast that speaks? What magic is this?"

After leaving her room, Juliet wandered the building looking for Romeo until she found her way to a large room full of people.

"Has anyone seen my husband?" she asked.

Zero started to turn toward the door, saying, "Squall, you're not actually mar--"

Then she stopped. And said gleefully, "And who might you be?"

Jake staggered into the common room, headed for the coffee. He poured himself a mug, chugged it down, poured himself another and then looked around. "...God, I hope I'm still asleep."

Morning seemed to be bright and prosperous today and the smell of coffee brought Irulan out of her room.
