Third Floor Common Room, Sunday Morning

Dawn was wearing the same jeans and sweater she'd been wearing yesterday, not wanting to head back to her room and too tall to borrow Molly's. She was also freezing, which had led to her mixing up a very large pot of oatmeal. The fixings were in the cupboard if anyone wanted them, but she wasn't setting them out.

Instead, she was sitting with her bowl of healthy goodness (once you ignored the raisins and brown sugar she'd added to her own) and a very, very large mug of hot cocoa with mini marshmallows. She read through a large pile of books and scrolls she'd brought with her and that Giles had sent since May (not all of which were in English), trying to find anything that explained what was going on.

She made occasional notes on a pad as she worked.

She twirled her perfec blonde hair and said "I'm totally the best witach at Hogswarts and next year i'm going to teach and they don't let students teach but i'm just that good. Im going to teaceh Defence against rhw Dark Arts and my class will be the besterst."

"Okay, swerval. How're your students supposed to understand you?" Considering this was Zero, that was...saying quite a lot.

"Is that...is that Welsh?" Zero asked.

"no it's english," said Hermione. ""I talk Ameriacn."

"Why?" Zero asked her. "You're British, after all."

"Not really it was all part of my disgise I am really from Nw york and it is very glamoris."

"Of course it was! God, this is so sad. So why are you here instead of teaching at Hogwarts?"

"Bcuz harry isn't really doing the defeating voldermart thing It's really me I'm his twin sister really and we're both purebloods and the whole thing is all about me so they wanted to protect me cuz i'm speshul."

"...I have no idea what you're talking about," Zero admitted. "Could you explain that a little for my viewers?"

"I jus explained it omg weren't u listening??" hermione asked and her brilliant large orbs flashed amethyst.

"No," Zero said patiently, being careful to get the freaky eyes thing, because damn. "I don't know who 'Voldermart' or 'harry' is, nor do I know what a pureblood is."
