Third Floor Common Room, Sunday Morning

Dawn was wearing the same jeans and sweater she'd been wearing yesterday, not wanting to head back to her room and too tall to borrow Molly's. She was also freezing, which had led to her mixing up a very large pot of oatmeal. The fixings were in the cupboard if anyone wanted them, but she wasn't setting them out.

Instead, she was sitting with her bowl of healthy goodness (once you ignored the raisins and brown sugar she'd added to her own) and a very, very large mug of hot cocoa with mini marshmallows. She read through a large pile of books and scrolls she'd brought with her and that Giles had sent since May (not all of which were in English), trying to find anything that explained what was going on.

She made occasional notes on a pad as she worked.

Cally wandered down to the common room, drawn by the smell.

Then she frowned when she saw it.

"...'upid jaw," she said.

Dawn glanced up, then her eyes widened when she saw Cally. "What happened to you?" No, she didn't listen to the radio much, but she pushed the pad and pencil towards Cally, figuring the jaw injury meant she might not want to use it much.

Once Mac had her coffee, she went over to find Cally. "I think you were right, we should be afraid to go out," she said.

Crichton hadn't really slept last night. He'd been angry at having been stood up by the gray girl and hadn't wanted to let his guard down in case a Command Carrier suddenly appeared. He stomped into the common room.

"Do the people in this infernal place do nothing more than eat?"

Dawn almost threw a book at Crichton. "Sometimes we pull the sticks out of people's asses and beat them to death with them, but today's a day off."

Dean headed to the common room to get food for himself and his currently crazy brother.

"Hey," he greeted Dawn when he came in.

"Hey," Dawn said, determined not to ask how Sam was doing.

Waldo stood in the back of the room with a bowl of oatmeal of his own. It was better than the time he was on the farm and ate a meal of oats. He did put raisins on those oats, though.

Anyway, this was yummy.

Bel appeared in the common room in a shimmer of glittery white lights. "Blessings on you all this fine morning," he said.

Tori walked into the common room, stifling a yawn. Not getting much sleep the night before had left her tired. Possibilities had been running through her head; she'd been trying to figure out what caused this all night.

Spider-Ham found his was up to the common room and was pleased at what he found. "Breakfast that isn't related to me! You're my new favorite person."

Because he'd had such success in the common rooms the day before, Alec left Bel sleeping in his bed, black-orbed to the third floor, and found . . . oh, good. People. And food. That was a bonus.

"Are you a Peacekeeper?" Crichton asked. He didn't expect a yes but he decided to try nonetheless.

Lana sauntered in all slutted dressed up again. Maybe she'd have some luck here today.

A crazed looking Jamie crawls into the room with shaggy looking hair, a stained shirt and wearing what appears to be a diaper. He looks frantically around the room as though someone was chasing him an excessive amount of drool falling off his chin.

"Someone! Please! Please! Kill me. Kill me now before they find me."

Mac had absolutely no response to that, and just stared at him instead, coffee totally ignored.

Mac might've followed the food, or might've followed Cally down to the third floor common room.

Either way, she immediately went in search of a mug of coffee. Because that's what's really important on a Sunday morning.

Neil had heard about the strangeness going on around him. He was...for the most part, rather glad to wake up once again, himself.

Listening to the radio, Neil decided that another day in his room, studying was the best bet but first he wanted something hot to drink and maybe something to eat.

So, he headed out into the common room, making a beeline for the counter to make himself some toast and tea.

Food, sweet sweet food. He couldn't find his wallet anywhere so buying food hadn't happened yesterday. The smell of the oatmeal was enough to make him brave a room of people who might confuse him with that Ted guy.

"Hello?" Justin said, looking at the oatmeal longingly.

Lonnie stalked into the room in search of coffee.

"Good morning!" Bel said cheerfully as Lonnie's arrival. He took note of her apparent mood. "You look like you need a hug," he said, holding out his arms.

John stops in, looking for free food on his way to town. Oh. People.

The temptation to stay curled up in bed was powerful. But then Chad kept thinking about the weirdness that happened in that bed the morning before, and promptly decided to be a Morning Person today. As much as Chad could be one, which meant stalking into the common room, letting out a grunt of a greeting to everyone as he scratched his stomach and plopped onto his chair.

Nefertiri knew that food could be found in the Common Rooms. She therefore went in search of one that was open and had food available.

She spooned up a bowl of oatmeal, and nodded to those she knew. "Dean. Dawn. Cally."

Alec followed the smell of food to the common room and glanced around at the half familiar crowd as he moved to get a bowl for himself. "Huh."

At some point, Zero burst into the common room like a chortling, camcorder wielding madwoman hopped up on caffeine. Because that's basically what she was at this point.

Annette woke up a little on the late side. Foregoing her own common room cause it was really crazy in there yesterday she padded in her jammies down to the fourth.

...and there were lots of people.

Heremione walked into the common room they would all be very happy 2 c her. She was wearing a short leather miniiskirt & pink shirt that said PRINCESS on it and high heels that made her feeet look cute and she had on seventeen peces of jewlry and they were her bautiful angel neclace because she was half angel and half vampire and she akso had on a pengram becuz she was a witch and wicca and she had a lot of rings and she haad those cool cuff with the things on them that she got on Hot Topic because it was her favorite store and also she had a tiara because she was a princess but it was a secret and no one kew. Her makeup was very pretty, all soft pinks by Urban ddecay except for the black eyeliner that she wore a lot of in case she felt like going goth because she thought it was for losers this week but the makwup made her look really hot.
