2nd Floor Common Room - Tuesday Evening
After Alpha Beta Gremlin, D wasn't really in the mood to go back to her room. She'd spent enough time in there over the weekend.
Also? She had an inexplicably large amount of cupcakes that she'd just picked up from J.GOB and there was no way she could eat them all herself.
So she set them out on the counter in the common room, took one for herself and went to see what was playing on the TV.
She found the remote and began flipping channels before taking a bite of a rather tasty cupcake, "Happy birthday to me."
[OOC: Free cupcakes! Open! Not a party, just a girl hanging out in the common room with cupcakes.]

In any case, he entered the room to see D'anna watching TV, and the counters covered with baked treats.
"It looks as though you bought J,GOB out of cupcakes. Are expecting someone?" he asked.

"That tends to be the usual custom on these parts of Earth, although it's often a bit less than this. And a Happy Birthday to you! How old are you turning this year?"

That last might have sounded a bit more like 'waffs da sandard amof fa cake?' cause, ya know, eating cupcake and talking weren't the smarts combination ever.

"Usually, it's a slice or two of regular cake. I've no idea how many cupcakes that would work out to be, however." He pulled off the paper cover on the bottom of his baked treat. "You should have told me earlier that it was your birthday; I haven't gotten you a present yet."

Hamlet smiled a bit at D. "Still, you should at least do something to mark a special day like a birthday."

"Hi," she said, before sitting near D'anna.
