Basilisk Campfire, Tuesday afternoon, after workshops

Johnny didn't know that a snowflake landing on his head this morning, was the reason behind his thought process for today.

Because Johnny, totally thought he was perfect.

Still super shiny from Arts and Crafts, oh, and shirtless too, Johnny strutted out to the campfire and slouched lazily in a lounge chair. But his slouching was utterly perfection. The glitter reflected the sun and light and made him sparkle and glow like a ... sparkling and glowing thing.

(it is open to anyone, yes.)

"Hey, I'm just going with the flow of how I look and feel. Do you feel like being shiny, Jaina? Perhaps you should join me..."

Wow. "I don't know, I think you've got enough glitter for the both of us," she told him.

He looked down at himself, "Well, Savannah did put more on me. But that was because some fell off my arm when she ran her hand down my arm."

"Maybe that's a sign you shouldn't be wearing all that glitter," she suggested. "Especially if it comes off that easily."

He frowned and looked down at himself. "I don't know how to get it to stay on. But I am pretty. You think I'm pretty don't you Jaina. Or is it that you think I'm sexaaay? Uh? Uh?" Yeah, his grin was back.

Either he'd gotten more forward, or... "You haven't seen anything green with sharp teeth running around, have you?"

He sat up, his face drawing a blank, "Have you lost a pet?"

"No, luckily," she said. "So you haven't seen any gremlins wandering around? None maybe bit your arm or anything when you weren't looking?"

Johnny totally checked out his arms, then he stood up and looked down at his chest (hey, one never knew where those little green things could bite) and stomach and saw nothing.

"Oh my god, what if I was bit in the ass?"

"Then it should wear off soon enough?" Jaina said, mentally preparing herself for whatever came next.

He gave her a hopeful look, "Say, you wouldn't want to uh..." he turned slightly and sort of waved his hand over his backside. "...you know, check it out for me?"

"You could always find Savannah, she's probably give a thorough inspection," she teased.

Johnny smirked, "You think so? But she's not here right now." Logic! Yes!

"I can call her. She should be in the directory, right?"

"Jaina, you're hurting my feelings here," he said low, staring at her.

"Johnny, I can't check you over for bites," she said. "People would talk."

There was that blank look again, "Okay?"

Jaina knew it was bad to kind of like messing with him when he could very well be under the influence of a gremlin bite for all she knew, but... Yeah. "Tell you what. Find someone to check it out for you, and you can tell me all about it later."

"That might be harder to do than it seems. While I might appreciate a good ass inspection, I might get odd sort of looks if I actually ask for one." Johnny did check out his own ass though, with his hands, testing for any soreness.

Trying not to laugh, Jaina said, "Oh, but you don't expect weird looks from me?"

"You're too beautiful to look weird," he said simply. But then he worried, "You think I'm weird?"

"I don't remember saying that," she said, not unkindly. "Sleep it off, Johnny. I'll see you later."

"No, you didn't, I just needed to know. Wait, where are you going? I need to sleep it off? Sleep what off?" Johnny was confused and sat back down in his chair, thinking hard. About himself. He was perfect.
