Basilisk Campfire, Tuesday afternoon, after workshops

Johnny didn't know that a snowflake landing on his head this morning, was the reason behind his thought process for today.

Because Johnny, totally thought he was perfect.

Still super shiny from Arts and Crafts, oh, and shirtless too, Johnny strutted out to the campfire and slouched lazily in a lounge chair. But his slouching was utterly perfection. The glitter reflected the sun and light and made him sparkle and glow like a ... sparkling and glowing thing.

"Pants are good, Teddy," Johnny grinned. "And we are in a public place here. Wouldn't want to draw too much attention to myself." Yes he would. "But if you want to see them, we can always go somewhere..."

Man, Johnny was going to absolutely die tomorrow.

Teddy was going to blame three weeks without sex on the fact that Johnny's offer was just a tiny bit tempting.

"Maybe you should go someplace private," He suggested. "So when the gremlin bite or weird curse is over there's less embarrassment."

He gave Johnny a look. "You haven't kissed random people yet, have you? Because that's the worst to apologize for after weirdness is over."

"You think something has happened to me? I don't remember getting bit. I don't think I got bit. I feel great. I look great. I'm shiny. And no, I haven't gotten to kiss anyone yet." He might have appeared to pout over that.

He nodded. "But you aren't doing anything evil and hopefully it'll wear off eventually."

Though he could get used to the shirtlessness...

"It's not that great, really," Teddy replied. "The kissing while under the influence of Fandom weirdness."

He made out with CASSIE. There were still nightmares over that.

"I'm not an evil sort of guy, Teddy." Johnny said firmly. "I believe I am in complete control of myself, yes. I am just super shiny today. I like it. I feel good."

Johnny didn't understand how kissing could not be great. At any given time. "I don't know. I haven't done it yet so I can't really say..."

He'd understand if he went and tried to kiss that frog guy. Or the turtles.

"I'll ask you the same question tomorrow and, unless I'm way off base on the weirdness here, I think I'll get a different answer."

"...You mean the embarrassment thing, right?"

"The kissing thing. I can only test the embarrassing thing after I've done the kissing thing. Now," he said, looking around. "I just have to find someone who'd be willing to kiss me."

Teddy took a small step back and made a note to keep Chad far away from Johnny. "Uh..." He looked around the campfire for Johnny to kiss so it would be embarrassing for him tomorrow.

"Hmm, this might take some time," he sat back down, slouching in his chair. "Surely someone wants to kiss me." No, he was not pouting. Not very much at least.

Just like Teddy was not oogling him. Very much.

It was a very discreet checking out, really it was.

"Why don't you think about that and then make a decision in the morning?"

He cut his eyes at Teddy, "Because I think I want to kiss someone now." Johnny was thinking it might be the glitter. But how could he know for certain? He was perfect. Perfect people needed to be kissed. Yes, the logic was sound in his mind.

Well with that kind of logic, who could fault him?

"You don't have to kiss anyone! I'm sure you'll be plenty embarrassed without kissing people!"

"I don't have to, no. You're right there, Teddy." He leaned forward, resting his forearms across his knees. "But I want to. I feel the desire..." This was getting frustrating. "Maybe I should go to Caritas tonight and make myself available to whomever might want me."

"That would mean getting on the radio and making it even worse depending on who you kissed," Teddy pointed out.

"This is true." Johnny pondered. "I don't like indecision. It sucks."
