Fourth floor common room: Monday Evening

Karal was very deliberately spending the evening doing something just for him, something that involved no work or stress whatsoever.

He was curled in a chair in the common room, reading The Hobbit Halfling, and really getting into it. There were occasional exclamations of surprise or excitement, but they were in Karsite, so they probably sounded a little strange.

The television was on, providing some background noise, but he wasn't watching it. Didn't mean other people couldn't, however.

[ooc: open, of course! Shhh, it always said Monday]

"I was skipped and spent most of my time in my room away from the crazy people," Jim said. "It's kind of a tradition." The mun is usually busy with other stuff. "How about you?"

"I walked around all day wearing pink and thinking I was someone named Joe," Adam grinned sheepishly. "It wasn't as bad as it could've been, but still."

"The obvious question is where you got all the pink," Jim said.

Adam laughed. "I had to borrow some clothes. And all I managed to find was pink. I was desperate."

"That's so unfortunate," Jim said, shaking his head. "But funny. Are there pictures?"

"Oh God, I hope not," Adam facepalmed.

"If there are pictures it just means that you have a funny story to tell your kids in twenty years," Jim explained.

"That is very true," Adam nodded, smiling slightly.
