First Floor Rec Room, Sunday Evening

Neon posters with arrows and the words, free food, pointed students to the First Floor Lounge where more posters with strange stick figures proclaimed that the Flag Football Club was sponsoring a Super Bowl Party.

The lounge had been decorated in blue and gold. There was a huge football-shaped cake from J,GOB and a wide variety of party sandwiches, chips, and dips laid out on tables along with beverages.

Naturally, there was also a television, tuned in to the Super Bowl.

[ooc: YAY PARTY FOR EVERYONE! The food is moddable as generic football party food (there are most definitely Cheetos, but not the creepy chocolate covered ones, thank you).]

Amber saw the posters and followed the arrows. She wasn't a huge fan of football, but hanging out will fellow students was always a good thing.

Free food and watching sports. Even if Chad wasn't such a supportive member of the flag football team, he'd have to be here on guy-principle alone.

Jaina still wasn't sure what all the fuss was about for a game, but that was probably only because she hadn't seen it yet. Also, she was kind of wondering what kind of turnout the signs got.

Sky was feeling ready to be somewhat-social again, so he decided to investigate the signs pointing to free food. However, once seeing how many people were there, he had second thoughts, and decided to compromise by trying to make himself as inconspicuous as possible.

Team sports weren't exactly big in Verona, but this looked like a party and Romeo figured he could fake the football knowledge. He walked into the lounge and looked around to see who was there.

The signs had been difficult to miss, and despite not knowing what was going on, it seemed like a good idea to stay once Teyla saw how many people were present.

It was hard to miss the signs, so Brooke was all about checking what was going on. And big whatever to the game, but it couldn't hurt to stick around for a while.

Hoshi was there even though her player was headed for the airport soon and would probably miss most of the game, woe. She was wearing a Patriots jersey. Who would have known that a Japanese girl from the future was such a big Tom Brady fan?

And yes, she already knew who would win, but she wasn't telling.

There was no way Alex was going to miss this. Not when a New York team was playing. She was sporting the Giants colors proudly, wearing her Eli Manning jersey.

There was a chance she might find him a tiny bit cute. A SLIGHT chance.

Okay, yes, she was, but only on account of the fact that she was trying to find where Jeff had disappeared to, and then decided it might be best if she didn't exactly search too much into that, for not wanting to really know the answer. She'd find out soon enough, anyway, most likely.

So, with a flip of her hair as she drifted in, she decided that she was not late, she was fashionably late, thank you.
