The Lawns, Saturday after breakfast

Now that Sky, alias Uberman, had been filled with a nice breakfast of pancakes, there were important matters to take care of.

Like fighting off invisible villains.

"Ha! Gotcha with my 'splodey baseball!" he crowed, tossing a tiny plastic ball at what he imagined was the wicked Space Turkey. "And I getcha 'gain if you come back! Uberman never gives up, an' he always beats the bad guys!" He spread his arms and ran in circles, pretending to fly, his red towel "cape" fluttering behind him.

"Here comes Uberman, to save the day..."

[Open for both the wee and the normal-sized to play! ... And no, I have no idea where I pulled Space Turkey from. My nether regions, I expect.]

Liir watched the other boy.

And his head tilted.

Then he sat down, since he didn't understand the game and he thought that if he watched long enough, he might.

Sky ran up to Liir, grinning.

"Are you a bad guy? 'cause if you are, then... then... that's bad!"

He blinked.

"I don't think so. Did I do something bad?"

This was quite distressing.

"What'cha playing?" Ino asked, looking at the cape and wondering what that was supposed to do. "Daddy says that no one ever always wins."

"I'm Uberman," said Sky, crossing his arms. "An' I do so always win, even if the bad guys win first!"

"That doesn't make any sense," Ino told him, "if they've won then you can't."

"Ino!" he almost tripped as he tried to run over to see her.

Adam, who was still normal sized because PR cap sites were lacking in weetiny!Adam, grr!, had gotten up early and decided to get some fresh air.

He made it to the front lawns and took notice of the young boy playing. Blinking slightly, Adam wondered what Fandom was up to now.

"Hi Adam! Do you need Uberman to beat up any bad guys?" Sky crowed, running up to him, arms still spread. He then smiled secretively. "A'course, you know I'm really Sky, but it's my civ'lan identity, so you can't tell anyone, 'kay?"

Ino snuck up behind Big Person and then, in a bright cheerful voice said, "Hiiiiii!"

Spotting Adam, Annette ran for him, shouting, "Adam!"

As Adam was boggling, that was when a certain weetiny was running at him and pouncing.

Wind shear can play hell with aiming anything made of foam. Therefore the nerf throwing star just missed Adam's head.

Annette wanted to play. She wanted to play and have fun and so she ran outside to do just that.

Sky smiled at Annette, "flying" over to her.

"Hi!" he said cheerfully.

"Net!" Billy cried happily. "Net wanna play ninjas?"

Romeo had recovered his toy gun from the weapons locker, and was wearing it slung into the pockets of his jeans as he roamed the school grounds. Noticing the boy in the cape, he paused, head tilted as he watched.

"What are we playing?" he asked, fingers on the toy.

"Hiiiiii, Romeo!" Ino bounced over to him.

"Uberman," said Sky, bouncing over to Romeo. "I'm lookin' for bad guys to beat up. Wanna help?"

Brooke didn't want to stay inside. Inside was boring when you could play outside where other kids were! She pretty much bounced up, asking, "Whatcha doin'?"

Sky 'flew' in circles around Brooke.

"Lookin' for bad guys!" he said cheerily. "But I haven't seen any yet."

Romeo holstered his toy gun again before going up to Brooke. "Hi! We were playing good guys and bad guys 'cept I don't have powers and there aren't any bad guys anyhow, no Capels, and hi!"

"Hiiiii!" Ino greeted the girl cheerfully.

Behold Ninja Boy! Billy dashed outside, inflatable katana and nerf throwing stars at the ready.

"Yar!"

"A ninja!" Sky gasped, then stood, his hands on his hips, knowing his Uber Strong Chest would deflect any throwing stars. "Are you a good ninja or a baddie?!"
