Andromeda campfire, Monday evening

Jaina hadn't really had the concept of summer that most people had. There hadn't ever been a break from school for her, and half the time she'd be on a different planet that wouldn't even have proper summer weather. But not having classes till later in the week certainly helped with the summer feel, so that was why Jaina was starting a campfire, and wondering if she should have gotten marshmallows or something first. Oops.

Hinata considered that. "Maybe?" Then... "...did you s-start out on a different beach?"

"I don't remember," Toby said honestly. "Kevin and I were together on the beach, and we passed out after...and I woke up here."

"A-and you don't know if this was a different beach?"

Then she blushed when it occured to her.

"A-ano," she said, looking apologetic, "forgive me, I-I didn't introduce myself. I'm Hinata, and you a-are?"

"Toby," he replied, waving off her apology. "And well, I mean I know it's different because like, the hotel is gone? But it kinda looks the same being a beach."
